William Tushinski, MBA, President

Mr. Tushinski is founder and President of Tri-Tech Health, LLC.  Mr. Tushinski is responsible for the executive, operational, and financial management of the firm.  This includes: strategic planning, capital financing, contracting, and oversight of: statistical analysis and outcomes reporting, and cash management. Mr. Tushinski has over 20 years of experience in health care management, accounting, and health care consulting with over 15 years at the executive level.  He has been recognized by the State of Florida as an expert in health care finance and health planning.

Dr. Jeffrey Platt, MD, WCC, Medical Director

Dr. Platt serves as Tri-Tech Health’s Medical Director providing clinical management for the company.  Dr. Platt has been practicing surgery for over 30 years.  Dr. Platt has an extensive wound care background and has certifications in both wound care and Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy.  Dr. Platt is responsible for the clinical and medical oversight at Tri-Tech health and plays a key role in the development of clinical protocols, formulary development, ongoing education and quality assurance to with the medical staff.
